General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Services offered
We offer wellness massages at home in Moorea, French Polynesia, exclusively for non-therapeutic purposes.

2. Making an appointment
Reservations are made by phone, message or via the website.

3. Rates and payment
Prices are quoted in XPF (Pacific Francs). Payment can be made in XPF, euros, or US dollars. If paid in euros or dollars, a currency conversion adjustment will be applied to the original price. Payment is made directly to the home address, in cash or another accepted method, at the time of the service. No online payment is required.

4. Cancellation and postponement
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After this time, the session may be charged.

5. Customer Delay
In case of delay, the duration of the massage may be reduced in order to respect the following appointments.

6. Contraindications
Massage is contraindicated in cases of serious illness, fever, unmonitored pregnancy, etc. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse a session if he/she considers that the massage is not suitable.

7. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the website's privacy policy. Data collected via the booking form is used solely to manage appointments.

8. Home services
The massage is performed in a quiet and secure space provided by the client. The client agrees to provide a suitable environment.

9. Liability
The practitioner declines all responsibility in the event of medical contraindications not reported before the session. Massage does not replace medical treatment.

11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. The competent jurisdiction is that of French Polynesia.

12. Intellectual Property
The content of this site is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

13. Acceptance
By booking a session via our website or by any other means, the client unreservedly accepts these general conditions of sale.
